Internal inspections

Internal inspections during the tenancy including a written report with photos and recommendations for any repairs and general condition. There are requirements that you would need to have in place these will include:

  • Landlord gas safety check carried out every 12 months
  • Electrical test
  • Fitting smoke alarms
  • Legionella risk assessment.
